About the role

We are looking for an experienced IS Analyst to lead our Workplace Desktop Support team at Booker. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong balance of technical expertise and service delivery oversight.

As the Desktop Support Supervisor, you will oversee daily team operations, manage workloads, and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved according to SLAs. You will collaborate with internal IT teams—including Infrastructure, Networks, and the Service Desk—as well as external vendors to support and improve our IT services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Desktop Support team, managing their daily tasks and priorities.
  • Maintain and improve end-user satisfaction by ensuring best practices, policy compliance, and professional support delivery.
  • Monitor performance, coach, mentor, and report on team metrics; contribute to IT support process development.

You will need

  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Ivanti UEM, Sophos, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of wholesale industry business processes.
  • Service management and technical project management skills.
  • Line and people management experience, with ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale IT deployments and maintaining IT infrastructure.
