Overview:

Sentara Health is looking for an IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
• Handling difficult and complex problems.

Education:

• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Certification/Licensure:

No specific certification or licensure requirements.

Experience:

• Advanced SQL skills using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (5+ years)
• Requirements gathering, including creating technical specifications
• Experience working with large datasets, preferably loading big data into a database
• JIRA experience (2+ years)
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle many requests simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
