Job summary

SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL is seeking a Senior Supported Employment Specialist to lead a team of IPS professionals, providing supervision and training and overseeing caseload management.

You will model IPS practice to maintain fidelity standards and deliver positive outcomes for service users, while building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive service improvements. Qualifications

• Two years' experience in employment services or equivalent experience with individuals with significant barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supported Employment Specialists providing supervision, training, caseload management, and role modelling of the IPS.
• Ensure the service meets fidelity standards and delivers positive outcomes for service users.
• Build close, trusting and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders and provide leadership to develop and support the team.
