Job summary

Nokia is seeking a senior legal professional to join the Technology Standards Legal & Compliance team within MI L&C. You will lead and coordinate the legal work supporting the protection and monetization of Nokia’s IP globally through patent transactions, licensing and other initiatives.

You will work with stakeholders across Partnering, Licensing, Strategy and Commercial Management to ensure execution of TS priorities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional hands-on legal experience in technology, patent and IP licensing and transactions, cross-border transactions, M&A, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑impact, specialist legal advice and hands‑on support for complex IP transactions, M&A, licensing arrangements and other strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic legal advice and business partner support to TS business, including its Partnering, Licensing, Strategy, Patenting and Commercial Management Teams.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes and governance relevant to TS operations, mitigating risks and improving operational efficiency of Nokia’s business.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders in your areas of responsibility.
