A leading law firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Trade Mark professional to own a varied UK and international portfolio. You’ll work autonomously within a busy IP team, handling filings, renewals and portfolio maintenance, while guiding junior colleagues.

Mansioni

• Preparing and filing UK and overseas trade mark applications, renewals and related filings.
• Providing day-to-day support to Trade Mark Attorneys throughout the prosecution process.
• Drafting correspondence, reports, specifications and portfolio documentation.
• Managing trade mark formalities, recordals and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, foreign associates and intellectual property offices worldwide.
• Assisting with a wide variety of trade mark matters while ensuring deadlines are met and records remain accurate.
