Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is working with a high-growth consumer beauty and wellness business seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to shape the next stage of its mobile product.

You will own the iOS app, collaborate with Product and UX, and influence what gets built, how it’s built and how customers discover, engage with and purchase products. This is a hands-on IC role with meaningful ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Swift
• Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
• Strong API integration and backend service experience
• Good engineering fundamentals around architecture, testing and application quality
• Experience working closely with Product and Design
• A genuine interest in understanding customers and using data to improve the product

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the iOS application using Swift
• Develop new shopping and customer experiences
• Integrate APIs and services across the wider platform
• Work closely with Product, UX and other engineering teams
• Improve app quality through automated testing, observability and performance
• Contribute to the mobile technology roadmap
• Mentor and share best practice across the wider engineering team
