Senior Investor Services/Client Service Manager

A leading global asset manager is looking to identify its first senior investor services/client service hires in London. The role reports to the MD who is based in the US and he is looking for a senior hire in London to perform a key role which is the conduit between investors and the complex global asset management business. It is essential this person comes from the asset management or investment banking sectors to be a successful candidate for this role.

This represents a very exciting time to be joining this team in London as it is the first senior investor services hire in London which will lead the client service efforts across EU and APAC region so outside of the US it is a key investor services/client service hire.

Some of the core areas of focus for this role:

  • Assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives.
  • Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions.
  • Assist in implementing standardized investor servicing protocols across the firm to provide a high quality, consistent investor experience.
  • Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion.
  • Manage relationships and liaise with third-party service providers and fund management team internally.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account maintenance, periodic fund performance updates and requests for investor materials.
