Senior Investor Services/Client Service Manager

A leading global asset manager is seeking to hire its first senior investor services/client service professional in London. The role reports directly to the MD based in the US and serves as a key conduit between investors and the complex global asset management business. Candidates must have experience in the asset management or investment banking sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in London, as it will lead client service efforts across the EU and APAC regions, making it a pivotal investor services/client service position outside of the US.

Core areas of focus for this role include:

  1. Assist in executing key investor servicing initiatives.
  2. Coordinate with multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, and professional investor interactions.
  3. Implement standardized investor servicing protocols to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage relationships and liaise with third-party service providers and the fund management team.
  6. Respond to inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account maintenance, fund performance, and investor materials.
