Senior Investor Audit & Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Investor Audit & Assurance Analyst to join our Operations & Change team. This role involves managing external audits related to institutional investors efficiently, ensuring minimal findings, and safeguarding internal stakeholder time.

The role

• Lead and coordinate external audits involving institutional investors, collaborating with auditors and internal teams to enhance efficiency and consider new product/system changes.
• Support the Compliance Advisory Team in overseeing Client Money breaches in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure audit scopes align with service level agreements and facilitate the management of multiple audits with realistic deadlines.
• Validate audit findings, review recommendations with management, and track action plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses proactively, minimizing findings and observations.
• Redefine audit processes to streamline operations and improve internal team efficiency.
