Job summary

Be-Resourcing's Leeds-based client is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be a go-to contact for a range of business needs and help ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly.

Hybrid role with three office days per week. Strong FCA regulatory experience and prior team supervision in an Investment Management setting are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting front-office investment functions within Investment Management.
• Strong regulatory experience and FCA knowledge is essential.
• Evidence of managing team workload and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for internal and external queries, assisting with admin and process challenges.
• Help manage internal and external clients and respond to ad hoc enquiries.
• Monitor the quality of administration processes to ensure standards.
• Ensure the team meets deadlines for client queries, including trading and regulatory requirements.
• Operate as an account opening SME ensuring compliance and onboarding for new clients.
• Assist with delegating roles to the investment support team and fair workload allocation.
• Support team development and on-the-job learning.
• Collaborate with other areas including CDD and compliance, and deputise for managers when needed.
• Ensure team processes align with external requirements and best practice.
