Overview:

Mercer is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join our UK DC Pensions team. As a Lead Consultant, you will provide investment advice to our larger and complex clients, helping them optimize their retirement outcomes. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide investment advice on investment objectives, policy, manager selection, and monitoring.
  2. Develop and evaluate investment strategies for large clients.
  3. Build and maintain client relationships through networking, seminars, and events.
  4. Grow business through presentations, RFP responses, and cross-team collaborations.
  5. Enhance marketplace visibility via speaking engagements and publications.
  6. Create and monitor project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
  7. Understand client requirements and guide the team accordingly.
  8. Review reports for client suitability and accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant professional qualification (IMC, FIA/FFA, CFA).
