Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior Investment Associatewith a strong emphasis onInvestor Relations (IR)andcapital formation. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in venture capital or private equity who can build and maintain relationships with LPs, co-investors, and institutional partners, while also contributing to investment strategy and portfolio support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including LP outreach and relationship management.
  • Prepare investor communications, quarterly reports, and fund updates.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on capital strategy and fund positioning.
  • Contribute to deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment committee preparation.
  • Support portfolio companies with growth capital introductions and strategic investor engagement.
