**Please note we accept applications from London or Amsterdam, but you must already be in one of those locations**

Company

Flywheel Capital is redesigning venture liquidity. We’re a leading structured secondary investment firm helping founders and VCs behind top-tier growth-stage companies realise value, without waiting for a traditional exit or losing out on long-term upside.

Join us as we invest in some of the world’s most exciting companies – and help reshape how venture liquidity work.

Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and distinctly talented individual with a unique combination of commanding analytical, interpersonal, and creative financial skills. This is a full-cycle role, contributing across all stages of the investment process – from origination and analysis, through execution, management, and eventual exit.

You will work directly with Flywheel’s General Partners day-to-day to develop and process our pipeline of investments and exits, engaging with leading founders and investors, and ensuring a smooth and efficient deal operation. Over time, you will be expected to advance internally, assuming greater responsibility across the firm and its funds.

If you are passionate about private markets, this is your chance to help shape investments into the leading companies of this decade and redesign how venture liquidity works.
