Rockbourne is delighted to be working with a leading Pan-European alternative real estate/infrastructure platform to help them appoint a top-tier Senior Investment/Asset Manager to join their London-based team.
Our client is at the forefront of building and operating sustainable infrastructure in key UK and European markets. They have deployed over c.£400m, covering c.40 assets to date and are currently on an exciting journey, building towards an aspiration of over £2bn of AUM in the next 3 years.

The role itself:
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the performance of our client’s investments. This involves developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance asset value, monitoring overall financial performance, preparing necessary analyses and reporting. It also involves oversight of property management, leasing, capex programs and other key asset-related processes.
