Company: A dynamic, rapidly scaling PE-backed developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their growing Asset Management team, focusing on high-impact, high-return projects.

The Role: This position is at the corporate level, supporting end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, from sourcing to completion. Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining financial models for investment decisions and scenario analysis
  2. Coordinating internal and external cross-functional workstreams
  3. Supporting capital markets activities, including preparing investor presentations
  4. Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
  5. Preparing investment committee materials

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an investment-focused analytical role at a top-tier company with a PE background
