Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex financial models for renewable energy investments.

Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and structuring.

Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and risks associated with potential acquisitions and investments.

Support in structuring equity ratios and determining equity value for various transactions.

Work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to optimize investment strategies.

Monitor and evaluate asset performance to provide insights on portfolio management.

Key Requirements:
