Our client is a London-based Single Family Office seeking an investment professional to monitor and manage the existing investment portfolio that consists of varied asset classes. You will be expected to work independently and liaise laterally with other team members while reporting directly to the principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the investment portfolio, managing the internal portfolio reporting system, and providing recommendations to the principal.
  • Coordinating with other team members and external service providers to ensure goal alignment, tax efficiency, and proper execution and filing.
  • Analyzing data and creating reports to inform decision-making, including analyzing investment proposals and seeking investment solutions to match the principal's objectives.
  • Monitoring treasury and liquidity requirements.
  • Dealing with banks and financial institutions regarding administrative, KYC, and due diligence matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good understanding of financial instruments, bond markets, equity markets, derivatives, and structured financial products.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management (family office), or financial advisory industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clear and concise analyses of investment opportunities and recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and external service providers.
  • Sound understanding of financial reporting, basic accounting, and familiarity with UK and international taxation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of legal matters related to financial instruments.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position based in central London, with some possibility of working from home depending on the workload.
  • The role does not include benefits such as health insurance or pension schemes.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
