NFU Mutual is seeking a Senior Investment Administrator to join our fast-paced and collaborative Investment Operations Team on a permanent, full-time basis. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy leading by example, and love solving problems, this could be the perfect role for you.
As Senior Investment Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our investment administration processes. You'll also act as a role model to other Administrators in the team, authorising, guiding and providing advice on investment-related activities in accordance with policies and procedures to meet statutory, regulatory and group requirements and standards, all the while ensuring a first-class service is delivered.
You'll authorise complex transactions and serve as the go-to expert for resolving escalated issues from internal stakeholders.
Full training on investment operations will be provided, and you'll be greatly supported in obtaining an industry recognised certification, Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) within 12 months of joining.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with internal stakeholders. You'll be confident in analysing complex information and solving problems with a logical, methodical approach. Adaptability is key, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, so the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage your workload effectively is essential. A sharp eye for detail will ensure accuracy in everything you do, while strong prioritisation skills will help you balance multiple responsibilities without compromising on quality.
