About the Role

Trust & Safety is at the core of our efforts to keep Twitch a welcoming and safe place for diverse, global creators to flourish.

Reporting to the Senior Trust and Safety Manager (EMEA), you will investigate complex cases requiring deep analysis of content, recognizing behavior patterns, and identifying potential threats such as CSAM, TVEC, and other violations of terms of service.

You Will:

• Work autonomously to improve workflows and mitigate harms, developing new methods as needed.
• Respond to escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Handle appeals, government takedown, and legal requests.
• Consider the entire operational network, including regional teams and vendors, to ensure end-to-end safety operations.
• Demonstrate resilience in a fast-evolving environment.
• Work as part of a globally distributed team, including weekend coverage (approximately 1 in 6 weekends).

You Have:

• 3-5 years experience in Trust & Safety operations, investigating cases like CSAM, legal requests, or TVEC.
• Led large projects with cross-functional partners.
• Desired languages: Russian, German, Japanese, or Chinese.
• Hybrid working model: from home or London office as needed.
