The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is establishing the new Building Division (BSD) with the goal of ensuring the safety of high-rise buildings and providing peace of mind for residents. BSD will collaborate with residents and industry stakeholders to oversee safety and performance standards, elevate industry professional standards annually, and honor those affected by poor building practices.

We are seeking an Investigator to join the Regulation of Building Control Profession. The primary responsibilities include leading investigations and enforcement actions to ensure compliance with regulation requirements by building control professionals and organizations. The role involves planning and executing investigations into complaints and allegations, preparing materials for enforcement actions, criminal and misconduct trials, and managing associated appeals.
