Your key responsibilities
The Senior Intl Agency Sales Manager is responsible for evangelizing the advanced TV advertising business and building the client base for the Samsung Ads European business. This person will build relationships with high-potential advertisers and agencies, presenting Samsung’s cutting edge marketing solutions and leading long-term strategy plans to senior stakeholders at major brands and their agencies.
The Senior Intl Agency Sales Manager will be empowered to develop sales pipelines and to develop a strategy for long-term success by uncovering the business needs of key direct clients. This position will work closely with the Client Solutions Teams & Insights and Analytics Teams to help make a world class brand building solution for advertisers and to ensure our clients achieve their advertising goals.
The Senior Intl Agency Senior Sales Manager will be leading Publicis, so a strong existing relationship within this agency group will be required for the role.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mind-set, taking ownership in creating opportunities for primary ownership across their agency patch.
Initiate, structure and negotiate high impact partnerships with client direct content partners.
Build, prioritise, manage and communicate an active pipeline of brands.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as a trusted advisor through data driven approach.
Leverage communication and relationship-building skills to develop new business.
Educate new advertisers on the benefits of advanced TV and persuade them to shift their marketing strategies from traditional media to digital/advanced TV.
Analysis of Proprietary Samsung TV data to create compelling sales insights that drive revenue outcomes.
Build compelling proposals and strategies for new and existing clients.
Leadership across agency patch for developing key relationships with stakeholders

What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Outstanding multi-tasking and teamwork capabilities
6-8 years of experience in full lifecycle sales at a media-owner, technology, or media-agency with experience in TV advertising, digital media, and advertising platforms.
Strong connections within the international London based agencies at comms, planning, buying and account level
Strong relationships within Publicis agencies
Strong understanding of programmatic buying and agency marketplaces
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within agencies
Experience building a book of business and managing against quotas
Understanding of digital media and the online advertising industry
Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Thrives in a team environment
Impeccable communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients
BA/BS required
What does success look like?
Meeting individual quarterly sales quota by driving revenue sales
Showcasing strong internal relationships and collaborative team work within Sales Teams and other customer facing teams (e.g Client Solutions and Insights & Analytics)
Going above and beyond to drive innovative solutions for clients in order to generate new streams of revenue with ability to ‘think outside the box’
Building inspiring media and strategy plans using Samsung Ads range of Ad Solutions to meet client KPIs
Delivering customised and engaging presentations to an excellent standard for pitch meetings and responding to client briefs
Building a new book of contacts of agency/client patch to expand Samsung customer base and excelling existing relationships
Generating new spending accounts & upselling existing spending accounts from agency/client patch
Internal contribution for new ideas to drive solutions across the business
Confidence in using Samsung internal sales platforms, such as Salesforce and additional platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
