Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in Auditing, Risk, or Compliance.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX or JSOx) controls.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality internal controls work to TMHCC companies.
• Participate in control identification including walkthroughs and process mapping.
• Advise control owners on control development and design.
• Test JSOx controls for design and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate documentation with Senior Management and auditors.
• Contribute to control implementation for new systems.
