Tokio Marine HCC seeks a European Internal Audit Senior to deliver high-quality assurance across UK and European operations from its City of London hub. The role blends planned audits with regulatory testing, reporting to the European Internal Audit Manager, and a hybrid working pattern.

You will lead audit assignments, document working papers, and liaise with stakeholders to implement remediation. Travel about 10% and a supportive team culture that values development and professional standards.

Formación

• Qualified accountant or equivalent internal audit qualification.
• Bachelor's degree 2.2+ preferred.
• Minimum five years' professional experience with at least three years leading internal audits.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Willingness to travel around UK and Europe (~10%).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and execute internal audits across UK and Europe.
• Lead JSOX/internal controls testing and walkthroughs.
• Review testing performed by other auditors.
• Document working papers and final audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Audit Manual and policies.
• Support Head of International Internal Audit with admin/tasks.
• Stay updated on regulatory and auditing changes.
• Liaise with staff across the insurance group.
