Ingenico Group is seeking an experienced internal controls professional to strengthen the organisation’s control framework across finance, operations, and compliance. You will design, test, and report on controls, partnering with Finance, IT, and Audit to drive remediation and governance readiness.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, COSO knowledge, and experience with GRC platforms, with regular travel to support a global business and external auditors.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or internal audit within global/matrixed organizations.
• Experience designing, testing, and reporting on financial and operational controls for multiple processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, maintain, and improve the internal control framework (COSO-aligned).
• Identify and assess key financial, operational, and compliance risks across the business.
• Plan and execute periodic testing of key controls across processes.
• Identify gaps and work with owners to remediate and track actions.
• Produce regular risk and control reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate with Internal and External Audit to ensure remediation tracking.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations and Commercial to embed risk ownership and controls.
• Promote a proactive risk culture through training and data analytics.
