Job summary

Ingenico Group in London is seeking a Manager - Risk & Internal Control to design, implement, and oversee the internal control framework across the business, aligned with COSO standards. You will identify risks, plan tests, and drive remediation with Finance, IT, and Operations to strengthen controls.

You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, promote a risk-aware culture, and leverage data analytics to automate control improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken forms.
• Experience designing and testing financial/operational controls.
• Knowledge of COSO-based internal control frameworks.
• Exposure to audits by external regulators or auditors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve the internal control framework (COSO-aligned).
• Identify and prioritise key financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Plan and execute periodic testing of key controls across processes.
• Identify gaps and remediation with control owners to track actions.
• Produce risk/control reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
