Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking an Internal Audit Lead to drive an independent, risk-based audit programme. You will plan, lead and deliver engagements, assess risks and controls, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance and control effectiveness.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing change and supporting strategic objectives while maintaining high standards of governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• This role requires substantial Internal Audit, risk or assurance experience.
• Qualified in CIA, IIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong governance, risk management and controls knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analysis and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end internal audit engagements.
• Plan, scope and programme audit activities with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and control objectives; assess effectiveness.
• Draft clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to management and Audit Committee as appropriate.
• Build relationships across functions to drive governance improvements.
• Communicate professionally with all levels of the business.
• Promote good governance and internal controls awareness.
• Stay aware of emerging risks and regulatory developments.
