Job summary

Benoy is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead design strategy and manage projects across sectors and countries. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment, and drive high-quality client outputs with strong communication.

The role offers agile working with three days in the studio and two days working from home, fostering a collaborative studio culture and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience on concept to Detailed stage in interior design projects.
• Experience with large format environments is advantageous.

Advanced REVIT capability is a core requirement of this role.

Are you a dynamic Senior Interior Designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of UK and global projects?

We are looking for a creative collaborative team player to join our dynamic interior team. You'll be working on a variety of design projects across multiple sectors and countries with the aim to personally grow and improve as a designer and individual along with mentoring junior members of the team.

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the design and management of the project on a day‑to‑day basis, and at all times maintaining the highest standards of design and client management. Large scale project integration and collaboration is beneficial but not crucial. They will have a full understanding of the project process and will work with minimal guidance from the Associate Director while demonstrating strong communication skills.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Design related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.
• Experience of large format environments is advantageous.
• Experience working in large team and consultant environments is advantageous.
• A positive and creative thinker.
• Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail.
• Advanced REVIT Capability.
• Advanced software skills, including both 2D and 3D software capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience of liaising and developing client relationships.
• Team player with collaborative work ethic. Proactive and conscientious.
• Keen to learn and develop skills and share knowledge with more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
