Job summary

Ci Design, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to lead the design process and coordinate the delivery of varied projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure design quality and timely completion.

The role requires a thorough understanding of current trends and advanced skills in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and MS Office, with NCIDQ certification or licensure on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design/interior architecture from a accredited program.
• 8+ years related experience with multifamily, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• NCIDQ Certified and Licensed or on track for professional licensing.
• Proficient in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, work in a team and independently on multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes project schedules, deliverables, and staffing resources.
• Leads ideation, conceptualization, and schematic design development.
• Coordinates design deliverables with architectural, MEP, and lighting consultants.
• Reviews drawings for conformance to program, specs, standards, and codes.
• Performs construction administration, site visits, RFIs, and submittals.
• Mentors and leads junior interior design staff through all project phases.
• Serves as client liaison to ensure project on time, on budget, and satisfactory.
