Job summary

TwentyOne Twelve is seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Creative Focus) to shape brand environments for retail, entertainment, and hospitality spaces in East London. You will drive concept visuals in Cinema 4D through to final design intent and detailed packages in Vectorworks, with opportunities to lead as the team grows.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, strong craft, and mentoring of junior designers, in a hybrid studio setup (3 days in the East London studio).

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an interior designer, focused on retail and/or hospitality.
• Strong Cinema 4D skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions to brand experience briefs across retail and hospitality interiors.
• Create Cinema 4D visuals that sell the idea to the client and the studio.
• Produce final design intent and detailed design packages within a structured workflow.
• Mentor and develop Junior and Midweight Designers.
• Contribute to project capture and case studies.
