Senior Interior Designer – Retail & Hospitality Brand Environments

Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid)

Software: Vectorworks & Cinema 4D (must-have)

Are you a spatial storyteller who brings brands to life through unforgettable interiors? We’re partnering with a well-known interior design and brand experience studio in Shoreditch to find a Senior Interior Designer with credentials in retail and hospitality environments.

If you’ve got the vision to inspire and the know-how to deliver, this role is for you.

The Role:

This role requires a designer who can see the big picture and focus on details. You’ll lead projects from pitch to production—balancing creativity, commercial understanding, and flawless execution.

What You'll Do:

• From Concept to Completion – Drive the design process from ideation and sketching to overseeing final installations.
• Brand-Led Storytelling – Create environments rooted in brand strategy, focusing on user experience and business goals.
• Design & Documentation – Develop visuals and technical drawings using Vectorworks and Cinema 4D.
• Client Leadership – Lead presentations, handle feedback, and build strong client relationships.
• Studio Collaboration – Work with strategists, graphic designers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
• Project Oversight – Ensure projects are on track, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Bring:

• A portfolio with retail and hospitality projects—pop-ups, flagships, F&B spaces, rollouts, or brand activations.
• Advanced skills in Vectorworks and Cinema 4D.
• An eye for practical and beautiful design.
• Confident, articulate communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
