Job summary

Th2 Designs in Richmond, London, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our friendly, collaborative studio.

This hands-on role leads residential projects from concept through to completion, partnering with directors, clients and consultants to deliver high-end interiors with attention to detail.

You will oversee space planning, technical design, joinery, FF&E, and manage budgets and programmes while mentoring the wider design team.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years' experience in high-end residential design.
• Strong portfolio and excellent design eye.
• Excellent FF&E, materials and supplier knowledge.
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our friendly, collaborative studio in Richmond.

This is a hands‑on senior role working closely with the Directors, taking responsibility for our residential projects from initial concept through to completion.

THE ROLE

• Leading projects from concept through to completion
• Developing and presenting design schemes
• Overseeing space planning, technical design and bespoke joinery
• Leading FF&E sourcing and specification
• Managing project budgets and programmes
• Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
• Overseeing projects on site through to installation and styling
• Managing and supporting the wider design team

ABOUT YOU

• 5-7+ years' experience in high-end residential design
• A strong portfolio and excellent design eye
• Strong technical knowledge and AutoCAD skills
• Excellent FF&E, materials and supplier knowledge
• Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion
• Confident working with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
• Able to lead and support other members of the design team
• Positive, practical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and taking ownership, while also working well as part of a team
