Working within the luxury sector, this business is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to join the team of talented designers! This crucial role will focus on Luxury Retail Projects from concept through to final completion. As a Senior, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects for well-respected clients.

Please Note: Due to the nature of the projects, only portfolios with Retail design examples will be considered.

Requirements

1. Experience in luxury retail design
2. Knowledge of tenant guidelines and previous experience working within them
3. Strong visual storytelling skills
4. Excellent knowledge of materials and finishes and their appropriate uses
5. Proficiency in generating tender drawing packages
6. Ability to assist the Associate in design and production of interior or architectural projects
7. Good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD; REVIT knowledge preferred
8. Collaborative skills with signage, installation, wayfinding, and branding disciplines
9. Experience in designing, scheduling, sourcing, and delivering FF&E
10. CRM package experience is advantageous
11. Experience liaising with subcontractors and stakeholders
12. Hand sketching skills from both creative and technical perspectives
13. Strong communication and presentation skills
