Job summary

Unfold Talent is helping a well established London Design & Build studio recruit a Senior Interior Designer for workplace projects. You’ll own briefs from concept through delivery, mentor junior designers, and present with clients and contractors to ensure outstanding outcomes.

To succeed, you’ll have 6+ years in workplace/commercial interior design with a strong portfolio of Cat A/B fit-outs, plus expert knowledge of Revit, CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of workplace/commercial interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio of built workplace projects (Cat A/B fit-outs).
• Experience leading concept development, technical detailing and stakeholder presentations.
• Proficient with Revit, CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from brief to completion and manage client expectations.

Senior Interior Designer | Workplace Design & Build

We are working with a well established Design & Build studio in London, known for delivering high-end workplace and office fit-out projects, who are looking for a Senior Pitch Designer to join their growing team.

This is a senior, client facing role. You'll have led commercial workplace projects within a Design & Build environment before, from concept through technical delivery and on-site resolution, and you're ready to take full ownership of a project from brief to completion. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors and clients throughout.

There's a clear path to grow here too. You'll be expected to mentor junior designers as part of the role, and as the studio's project pipeline builds, so does the opportunity to move into a more senior position.

What you'll need

Minimum 6 years experience in workplace/commercial interior design, including time working within a Design & Build studio

A strong portfolio of built workplace projects across Cat A and/or Cat B fit-outs that you can talk us through

Experience leading concept development, technical detailing and stakeholder presentations end to end

Confident working knowledge of Revit, plus CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud
