Role Overview

In this brand-new role, you will join the business for a six-month assignment as an interim Commercial Finance Manager. Based in Leicestershire, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home four days a week.

This isn’t just any opportunity—it’s a chance to work alongside senior finance leaders (such as CFOs and FDs) and commercial teams. Your focus will be on analyzing the business’s cash flow, understanding detailed balance sheets, and uncovering the reasons behind the numbers. You will report directly to the board, crafting narratives and providing suggestions for improvement. Collaborating closely with the existing finance team, you’ll leverage their expertise to deliver impactful insights, especially in areas like Working Capital and Cash Flow.
