Job summary

Plant Integrity Management Ltd is seeking a Senior Integrity Engineer to join our team on a long-term offshore integrity management contract. The role offers leadership of projects, direct client interaction, and on-site collaboration as needed.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in integrity management, a track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions, and is capable of guiding teams toward project milestones, with offshore travel as required.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelors or Honours degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in the field of Integrity Management.
• Chartered or working towards CEng with a relevant Engineering Institute (preferred).
• Natural leader capable of managing teams and delivering projects on schedule.
• Willingness to travel offshore if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrity management projects and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Manage teams and coordinate client work on-site when required.
• Communicate clearly with clients and project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

PIM is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Integrity Engineer to join our team. This is a key role in a long-term support contract, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in offshore integrity management.

We're seeking a motivated Engineer with strong experience in integrity management and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. Experience in a senior role would be an advantage.

• Accredited Bachelors or Honours degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years in the field of Integrity Management.
• Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant Engineering Institute (preferred).
• A natural leader, capable of managing teams and delivering projects on schedule.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, including on-site at their office when required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel offshore if necessary.
