Job summary

Plant Integrity Management (PIM) is seeking a Senior Integrity Engineer to lead integrity management activities for offshore assets, overseeing the integrity team and providing technical expertise. The role involves managing client relationships and mentoring engineers, with on-site client interaction when required.

The candidate should have 5+ years in integrity management, accreditation or pursuit of Chartered Engineer, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelors or Honours degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in relevant engineering discipline with min of 5 years in the field of Integrity Management
• Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant Engineering Institute (preferred)
• A natural leader, capable of managing teams and delivering projects on schedule
• Comfortable working directly with clients, including on-site at their office when required
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel offshore if necessary

Plant Integrity Management (PIM) is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Integrity Engineer. This is a key role in a long-term support contract, offering the chance to make a real impact in offshore integrity management.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated engineer with expertise in integrity management. Experience in a senior role would be an advantage.

Senior Integrity Engineer responsible for leading integrity management activities for offshore assets, overseeing the integrity team including approval and endorsement responsibilities, managing client relationships, and mentoring engineers. Provides technical expertise in inspection, NDT, RBI/RBA methodologies, anomaly management, and asset integrity strategies.
