Job summary

ADP is seeking an Integrations Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of integration solutions for WorkForce Suite implementations. You will define architectures, provide technical leadership, and ensure scalable, secure data flows between WorkForce Suite and customer systems.

The role requires strong consulting skills, experience with APIs and data transformation, and the ability to guide multiple delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of designing and delivering enterprise system integrations.
• Strong experience with APIs, data transformation, middleware technologies, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating Workforce Management, Payroll, HR, HCM, or related enterprise applications.
• REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL and database technologies.
• Experience creating technical specifications, integration architectures, and solution design documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading technical workshops and architecture discussions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures for WorkForce Suite implementations.
• Define integration strategies between WorkForce Suite and customer HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and technical design artefacts.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and supportability requirements.
• Function as the technical lead for integration workstreams across multiple projects.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Integration Consultants and delivery teams.
• Review technical designs and deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Support resolution of complex integration and data-related issues.
