The Vacancy

As a Senior Integration Solution Architect, you'll be leading the charge on enterprise-wide system integrations that power transformation at scale. You’ll work across client and internal teams to design, deliver, and evolve integration strategies that are robust, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a role for a hands-on architect who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and clarity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead discovery and design sessions to shape integration strategies that solve real business challenges
• Architect seamless end-to-end integrations across Dynamics 365 (Project Operations, Finance) and enterprise platforms
• Develop and execute ERP migration strategies that minimise disruption and preserve data integrity
• Roll up your sleeves with hands-on technical delivery—coding, testing, and deploying interfaces
• Be the go-to technical voice for clients, building trust and credibility at every level
• Guide internal teams and collaborate with client-side engineers to ensure delivery excellence
• Spot opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand solution adoption

What You Bring to the Table

• Deep experience in complex system migrations, including ETL, data continuity, and live cutovers
• Strong consulting presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 integrations, especially Project Operations and Finance
• Advanced knowledge of Azure integration services and architectural best practices
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks, modelling tools, and governance standards
• A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and mitigating risks early
