Job summary

KDR Recruitment USA is seeking a Senior Platform Integration Engineer for a remote, Poland-based role. You will design and maintain integrations across APIs and data platforms, driving reliable data flows and owning integration projects end-to-end.

You’ll work with REST/SOAP, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for global logistics systems. English proficiency and remote work flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience integrating systems and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on SQL expertise.
• Experience integrating databases and data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 for international collaboration.
• Azure and/or CargoWise or logistics platform experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining integrations across APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based data exchange (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Writing and optimising SQL; queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Integrating databases and data platforms across the business, including ETL/ELT workflows.
• Using Python to automate and extend integration processes.
• Troubleshooting integration issues through log analysis and root cause investigation.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver integration solutions.

Senior Platform Integration Engineer | Poland (Remote)

Global freight and logistics data flows through hundreds of systems every day. WMS, TMS, APIs, databases, file feeds. This role is about being the person who makes all of that talk to each other, cleanly and reliably.

I'm hiring for a Senior Platform Integration Engineer on behalf of a technology company building integration platforms for the global transportation & logistics industry; connecting freight, warehouse, and supply chain systems across multiple countries. They run a genuine ownership culture: you're trusted to own your domain and drive improvements, not just take tickets.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining integrations across APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based data exchange (CSV, XML, JSON)
