Job summary

KDR Talent Solutions UK is seeking a Senior Platform Integration Engineer to join a global logistics technology team. The role centers on making freight and supply chain data talk across WMS, TMS, APIs, databases and file feeds, with ownership of the integration domain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience integrating systems and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong, hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience integrating databases or data platforms.
• Proficient in Python.
• English at B2/C1 for international collaboration.
• Azure and/or CargoWise experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining integrations across APIs, SOAP web services, and file-based data exchange (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Writing and optimising SQL; queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Integrating databases and data platforms across the business, including ETL/ELT workflows.
• Using Python to automate and extend integration processes.
• Troubleshooting integration issues through log analysis and root cause investigation.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver integration solutions.
