The Senior Integrated Producer will lead end-to-end production of innovative Out of Home campaigns—from digital and interactive formats to murals, experiential builds, and special installations. Working closely with creative, technical, and client teams, this role ensures each project is scoped, executed, and delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with deep production experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. This role sits within Talon’s Grand Visual division, producing work for top global brands like Disney, Nike, and Amazon.

THE ROLE_
- Owning Production from Brief to Fulfilment, on all type of projects: Digital (eg linear, dynamic, interactive) and Solutions and Experiences ( e.g. mural, special build, and experiential).
- Effectively managing all aspect of digital production, from (not limited to) scope document creation, creative development, technical feasibility studio, technical development, local testing, 3rd party testing to media owner testing across a range of deliverables.
- Effectively managing all aspects of Digital, Solutions and Experiences production from (not limited to) scope document creation, creative agency liaison, production oversight, installation period, live support and finance tracking.
- Effectively liaising with the Client, Creative, and Production stakeholders to fully understand the requirements, expectations, brand challenges within the market, and vision of each production, raising, in a timely manner, any potential issues relating to cost, creative or execution independently.
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders and teams to move productions through fulfilment stages.
- Liaise with stakeholders to determine campaign scope at the timely manner, estimates and schedules and advise on feasibility at all stages of planning.
- Planning from the start to delivery and foreseeing any project challenges and find different solution options to present to team or client.
- Removing project blockers quickly and effectively and consistently delivering projects on time and on budget
- Writing accurate and thorough scope of work documents and working with project team to understand project tech feasibility of the proposed approach within project discovery phase.
- Peer review other PM SOWs and cost estimates and ensure your project team is accurately reporting time spent on the project.
- Defining in depth test plans with project team and help other producers to set up their test plan.
- Ensure any specific Account Manager/Client requirements are met for all projects.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and defining the project scope within an agreed cost, such as digital, interactive, special build, mural or event projects.
- Monitor the resource burnt versus the effort required to complete the project to maintain the profitability
- Provide weekly project status updates and making regular and timely resource requests and run the meeting in PD’s absent
- Making the project happen and keeping the client happy. Carry out post project analysis so we can all improve in the future.
- Facilitate the sharing of production knowledge throughout the business.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
- Effectively carry out project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress.
- Helping junior or middle weight producer to carry out their project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress.
- Responsible to flag potential issues to various stakeholders and solve them with creative solutions and systematic approaches.
- Able to work well under project director’s direction.
- Working with studio manager to identify, book and monitor resource for your projects whilst ensuring utilization of the team is maximized
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of people from senior level to more junior staff and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people.
- Working closely with creative teams (designers, developers etc ) to develop the project’s creative vision and ensure it is realized effectively.
- Delegating work to Midweight and Junior Producers / Production support (FTE and freelance) and supervising their work to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required of them, and that they are delivering work to the expected standard within the set deadlines and production practices.
- Write up production documentations and to help train Midweight and Junior Producers / Production support (FTE and freelance).
- Develop new template to assist / improve production process. The aim is to reduce any inefficiency within the production process.
- Ability to manage on several different projects and teams of people at one time.
- Able to work co-operatively with others, as opposed to working separately or competitively.
- Able to juggle priorities and consistently deliver to tight, changing deadlines.
- Proactively seek out new vendor relationships and ways of working, engage in research and education to keep the department current and competitive.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_
- Actively demonstrates a willingness to work flexibly and across a range of output.
- Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
- 5 years’ experience of managing integrated campaigns in a Creative and Production Agency, with expert knowledge of interactive and dynamic digital projects and 3D moving image production.
- 3 years’ experience of managing 3rd party production vendors with good understanding of experiential, special build and mural projects.
- Willing to modify working patterns as required to meet business needs.
- Takes responsibility for own career development and successfully applies for and takes on work to build, develop and enhance skills and experience.
- Responds openly and flexibly to feedback and develops accordingly.
- Responds to changing circumstances and is resilient, flexible and willing to depart from plans when occasions demand, suggested options and solutions and adapts plans accordingly.
