About the team and the role

The Senior Integrated Designer at EAT by Ocado is responsible for creating and executing design solutions across various media, ensuring a cohesive and integrated brand experience. This includes developing creative concepts, executing high-quality designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and branding objectives. The role involves all aspects of production, concept, design, and digital asset creation. The designer plays a key role in shaping Ocado’s visual identity across digital, print, and new channels.

What you'll do
  • Create and execute design concepts across print, digital, displays, social media, video, and more.
  • Develop designs aligned with Ocado's visual identity and marketing goals.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and attention to detail in all deliverables.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns and collateral for a cohesive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet project objectives and support marketing strategies.
  • Adapt designs for different formats and channels, maintaining consistency.
  • Work with copywriters, photographers, videographers, art directors, and marketing managers to develop creative concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and review assets for quality and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

  • Passionate about bringing brands to life and developing cohesive digital design solutions, with print experience as a plus.
