  • Reviewing the SSL Pricing risk register regularly in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Analyzing business data to identify market trends, product opportunities, and regulatory or customer factors, making informed recommendations.
  • Supporting pricing aspects of business change initiatives, including the new partnership with Ageas for Home and Motor products.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in personal lines insurance is essential, particularly in Motor, Home, Travel, or Private Medical. Additional industry knowledge should include:

  • Understanding regulatory requirements related to pricing.

  • Organizational skills, including time management and documentation.
  • Knowledge of modeling software (Radar, Emblem, etc.) and programming languages (SQL, R, Python) is advantageous.

Package Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Flexible 35-hour workweek
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to purchase additional days
  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
