Mills & Reeve in Norwich seeks aSenior or Principal Associate to join the Insurance Disputes team. You will deliver complex insurance dispute advice with a focus on professional indemnity, professional discipline and coverage work, while managing associates and maintaining direct client contact.

You will own matters, supervise juniors, drive business development, and raise your profile in a respected national team, with scope to broaden into adjacent lines of business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent) at a leading insurance law firm.
• Strong technical expertise in insurance coverage.
• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value insurance disputes.
• Experience acting for insurers and/or reinsurers.
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Strong communication skills and commercial judgment.
• Proactive approach with interest in client development.
