Earnix is seeking a Senior Insurance Data Science Consultant to join our analytics team. You will lead pricing strategy using advanced analytics, engage with senior executives, and build predictive models to shape pricing decisions across insurance products.

With 5+ years in insurance analytics, you will apply ML and actuarial techniques, using Python and R, and work with intelligent decisioning platforms including Earnix to deliver real-time pricing and personalized insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with deep expertise in analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive techniques.
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling to improve risk and pricing models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and R for building, validating, and deploying scalable analytics.
• Experience with intelligent decisioning platforms (such as Earnix) integrating models into real-time pricing workflows.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
