About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Broker to manage and develop a portfolio of our top-tier clients. This role is ideal for a results-focused individual with a strategic mindset who thrives in building strong client relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring their risk management needs are met with tailored solutions.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive relationship building and networking.
  3. Renewals & Retention: Manage complex renewals, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' evolving needs are addressed.
  4. Detailed Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive reviews to identify potential risks, ensuring clients are protected with the most suitable coverage.
  5. Claims Support: Work closely with clients to provide fair and efficient claims management.

About You

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as an Insurance Broker with a proven track record of managing high-value clients.
  2. Sales-Driven & Hungry: A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to pursue new business opportunities and consistently deliver outstanding results.
  3. Customer Focused: A master of client relationships with exceptional communication, quick-thinking, and a solutions-focused approach.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business risks in construction, mining, transport, and engineering industries.
  5. Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  6. Driven Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to securing positive outcomes for clients.
  7. Qualifications: Tier 1 or Diploma-level qualification in Insurance Broking.
  8. Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
