Job summary

Newstone Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project/Installation Manager to lead a growing delivery function within an established organisation. You will oversee a portfolio of installation and project-based work, ensuring plans are well resourced, delivered on time and to quality standards.

You will coordinate multiple live projects, provide day-to-day leadership to the project team, manage budgets and reporting, and act as a senior client contact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong project delivery experience in installation-led environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple live projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators and admin staff.
• Oversee planning, resourcing, budgets and forecasting across the portfolio.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Work with operations, procurement, logistics and installation teams.
• Maintain strict commercial controls including costs and margins.
