Service Engineer Fire & Security Systems Location: Northern Ireland (travel across NI & ROI required) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Type: Full-Time, Permanent Kenect Recruitment are working with a well established and growing provider of fire and security solutions and are seeking a Service Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys hands on field work, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service to clients across a variety of sectors. Working as part of a close knit and skilled engineering team, youll carry out planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades on a wide range of fire and security systems. Key Responsibilities: Conductplanned preventative maintenance andreactive service work on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control systems, and emergency lighting Carry outfault finding and diagnostics to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently Provideonsite repairs and technical support, maintaining high standards of customer service Maintainaccurate service records using digital software Liaise with the field line manager and back-office support to deliver timely, professional service Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and standards (BAFE, NSI Gold) Identify and report potential risks, recommending upgrades or improvements when needed What Youll Bring: Experience servicing fire and or security systems CSR Card Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge across multiple platforms Excellent customer facing and communication skills A proactive and flexible attitude to working hours and travel Full UK driving licence Knowledge of compliance standards and digital reporting systems * Whats on Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Supportive working environment with a focus on personal and professional growth Join a forward thinking company with over 30 years in the industry Work with a trusted team and benefit from a streamlined support structure Interested?
