Qualifikationen

• Existing experience within an insolvency or restructuring practice.
• Strong understanding of corporate insolvency processes, particularly CVLs and Administrations.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Confident communication with directors, creditors, and stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate insolvency cases.
• Progress cases from appointment to closure.
• Prepare statutory documentation, reports, and case notes.
• Communicate with directors, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
• Review financial records and conduct initial investigations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.

Kenntnisse

Experience in insolvency or restructuring practice
