Abri is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to shape operational and strategic decision making through data, insight and collaboration.
You'll lead a team of analysts, deliver high-quality outputs, and present findings to stakeholders. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting insights and driving evidence-based decisions across the organisation. Agile working with three office locations and remote days offer flexibility.
Do you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insight that drives action? Are you passionate about helping organisations make better decisions through evidence, analysis and collaboration? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
At Abri, we're looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to play a key role in shaping both operational and strategic decision making across the business. Your work will make sense of data, provide insight, identify opportunities for improvement and ultimately improve outcomes for our customers and communities.
You'll lead and support a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs are delivered in a way that is clear, engaging and actionable. You'll be just as comfortable working with stakeholders as you are working with data, building strong relationships across the organisation and championing the value that insight brings.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical expertise, advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets. Experience of GIS mapping and Power Query would be advantageous. You'll combine technical capability with curiosity, critical thinking and a genuine passion for evidence-based decision making.
You'll join our multidisciplinary Insight Team, which brings together analytics, customer feedback, forecasting, performance management and research. This breadth creates a unique opportunity to generate insight that influences decisions across the organisation, from day-to-day operational improvements to long-term strategic planning.
This role focuses on data analysis, reporting insight and stakeholder engagement. It is not a technical development, data engineering or dashboard-building role.
We offer agile working - you'll work from one of our offices in Yeovil (BA22 8WN), Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) or Bracknell (RG12 1RF) for three days each week, with the remaining two days worked from a location of your choice.
There will be a two stage interview process for this role:
If you're passionate about transforming data into meaningful action and want to make a real difference through insight, we'd love to hear from you!
